I incurred 2 $50 holds on my credit card that I was not prepared to pay. Also for the price of the hotel, I expected to be able to have some sort of complimentary breakfast. Instead, we were given the option to pay $15 a head(children and all for breakfast(I had 6 children and 2 adults). That wasn’t very child friendly in my opinion because ww had to pack them all up to go feed them when hungry. But the Wendy’s nearby was the best I’d ever had!

I’m from Meridian, MS. I was the insurance agent for the Roberts/Cistrunk families and this hotel is Directv. I could not watch my late friend’s stepson, Jamal, on American Idol because Directv does not carry ABC! 😭😭😭

My room had a refrigerator that did not work (open and not operating) and there was food trash (half empty Monster can) when I checked. Also and old and discolored toilet seat

Price was affordable and our wss was decent. Bathroom could've been cleaned better. Breakfast was no longer complimentary which meant you had to order food to be cooked and wait 45 minutes for your table's food to be done. Staff charged me an extra 265.00 for no apparent reason.i stayed there with no incident previously so im still not sure what the Hilton has going on.

Extra fees and charges Hot tub wasn't hot Shower curtain was dingy and old Breakfast was no where near buffet style as advertised. Staff was semi friendly and professional!

I reserved a room online through a 3rd party which I paid for when booking and the hotel charged me the same amount, couldnt find my reservation even though i had my confirmation, and the tub room i booked online, I did not receive.
