Hilton Garden Inn Hattiesburg

Disappointed in property. The G.M, was the best thing about this property .. Room... sheets didn't fit the bed. The bathtub shower... more water hit the wall then on me. l asked several times before committing to staying here If they had cooked to order breakfast. They all said yes. Well, yesterday they didn't .. just offered a buffet, which was very expensive.For what you were offered... Being a diamond member, i just took some sodas and snacks to offset the twenty dollars for the two of us. The sodas were hot.. i guess that didn't work either.And they forgot to keep the drinks cold. I don't recommend this property.. Yes, it was quiet, but that was it

Great place to stay.

I stayed here twice, one week apart, in the middle of March 2025. I primarily chose this hotel due to it having a pool and hottub. First, the good: The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, and I slept well. Now, the bad: Both times I was there, the beverage cooler in their mini-store in the lobby was not working. They had NO cold drinks. The bar / restaurant was never opened while I was there, except for the breakfast bar in the morning. The second time I was there, a week later, they had turned the heat off on the hottub because some Karen had complained it was "too hot". The hottub was as cold as the pool. They didn't turn it down a little...no, they turned it OFF. And when I complained, was told there was nothing they could do. Heat is the entire point of a hottub. Also, the hallways were not cleaned well, as I constantly saw tiny bits of trash that could have been vacuumed up, but never were. I stayed on both the 2nd and 3rd floor, and both were the same. I was not impressed. I will choose elsewhere next time I am staying in town.

I called the property prior to booking to make sure the pool and hot tub were clean and warm enough for a baby. They are NOT. There were 3 other family's with children all waiting, hoping it would be addressed as well.. Despite all of our complaints nothing was done. I'm addition to that the front desk was rude at check in and unapologetic. Very disappointed

I didn't like that I had to wait a hour after checkin time

This property was clean and newly painted. But issues beneath the painted area was peeling and chipping away. The coolers for the “restaurant” were broken.

I booked this hotel solely for the indoor pool and hot tub. I took my 2 kids on an overnight stay to swim. The pool and hot tub were cold. I notified the front desk and was told the maintenance guy was not there that day and would be back tomorrow.

This nice and cozy hotel from the Hilton family has brand new renovated rooms with spacious showers and light up mirrors. Very nice new flooring. Daily delicious breakfast for a small charge. The gym has all the equipment running and perfect. They even offer rooms with peloton and on top of all mentioned before, it has a great indoor pool! My partner and I, always stay at Hampton Inns all over USA and this location, it’s the best one of them all, so far. 5 stars!
