Nice place. Really enjoyed this day.

Tv system not convenient or reliable.

The stay was last minute booking and everything was nice. Room was good size for a couple and very clean. The only thing I would say needs to be better is signs/directions as you come into the property or get the property before dark since it is in mountains. It was hard to tell where room was once we found check in area. Overall it was great. Would stay again.

Nice for the money

Very nice new rooms in the main lodge. Many changes under new management and not as financially friendly. We usually stay in cabins where we cooked ourselves but we were forced to eat there some of the time and it was limited and pricey. No towels at the pool so bring one from the room, made for multiple trips.

The resort is in the middle of the Smokey Mountains and beautiful. The remodeled cabins are nice but unfortunately we were not in one. DO NOT stay in cabin 617. Lots of broken things through out the cabin (toilet roll holder, shower door, slow draining shower, doors not shutting completely, the washer and dryer, etc) We were disappointed in the washer and dryer not working as it states on their website that cabin 617 has a washer/dryer. The kitchen table was impossible to sit around. We made due with the table on the front porch but it was small for 5 adults and 2 children. Also the porch was dirty with lots of cobwebs. But the worse were the ANTS!!! We told the front desk and they came and sprayed and we kept all food off the counters but by the end of the week they were everywhere in the kitchen. cabinone

The location was great. Tucked away in a very remote valley. We stayed the night before riding "the tail of the dragon". Everyone was freindly and helpful. Two complaints, 1) The cantina closed at 8:00. Kinda early for us. 2) The room was super musty, and maybe a bit dated. Other than that, it was a pretty cool place.

The toilet didn't flush , tv didn't work and also wifi didn't work

Bed was very uncomfortable and the room was very musty spelling.

Rooms need to be updated for the price paid. Great location but value isnt there.
