Alpina Phuket Nalina Resort & Spa

Don’t expect a 4* property, it’s nice but not the standard I was expecting after travelling for 3 months in various countries. The WiFi didn’t work at all during my stay. The room is old and needs work doing to it, the bathroom looked filthy but it was just limescale No breakfast, free breakfast in the 3* I booked afterwards

We loved this place, stayed in Baan Naan 4 which is an apartment with private pool. The pool itself was great and apartment itself was quite big, The bed was very comfortable with two toilets and a kitchen, the only thing was that there were no utensils, no pots or pans there but a quick call to reception and they delivered us a pot and pan. The location is quite and only a relatively short walk to restaurants and bars. We had six nights here and ate once at the restaurant at the hotel the food was great ans reasonably priced, the breakfast was excellent with a great variety to choose from.

Could be a wonderful.hotel. just a bit tired on the outside and in the rooms . Quite a lot of mould in the bathroomand shower heads not at all clean . Staff were lovely and breakfast was good value.

So this is my 5 time here. It's a good hotel. I think there are better for the price range now. Rooms are big. Great beds. Huge pool. Cleaning service is amazing The wife does not work which is not great when you have kids. Also the food menu has changed a lot which s not ideal. Still a good place but not what it was.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff but the hotel needs to be modernised as the rooms very dark & dated. We stayed in one of swim up pools room, cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen, large pool area which is cleaned every day and plenty sunbeds available, pool bar serving drinks & food from 10am. There are plenty bars & restaurants within walking distance. Would come back to this hotel once refurbished.

The hotel itself is great and the staffs are nice.. The environment is quite and relaxing. Great to have a nice vacation..

The room was spacious but the whole resorts needs updating.

This was such a beautiful resort to visit especially for the price! Between the pool, tiki bar, and restaurants on site we had such a great time.

Staff were great. Unfortunately the property is in desperate need of an update.

Stayed in room with direct access to swimming pool. Room in block 3 but looked straight on to a hedge. Felt enclosed . Kindly moved me to block 2 which had an outlook on to the main pool. Bedrooms are good. Bathrooms had strong, hot showers. Good air con and good wi fi. Breakfast had a good selection. Other food was very good and only a little more costly than most of the eateries in the area. Shuttle bus to the beach was free and very useful.Staff were very very nice and helpful where possible. Shuttle from airport was expensive and as it was basically a taxi arranged by the hotel it is a lot cheaper to go to the taxi rank outside the arrivals terminal or, for a little more book your ride on line.
