"Problème de caution "

J ai passé une seule nuit. On m a demandé ma carte bancaire pour caution de 100 EUR. L hôtesse d accueil m a dit que ce ne serait pas débité. Elle m a menti. Je veux le remboursement car j ai laissé l appartement impeccable. Merci d intervenir auprès d eux

En general correcto. Las instalaciones no son espectaculares pero son suficientes para pasar unos días perfectamente en un sitio tranquilo cerca de la playa y visitar la zona de las landas.

Las instalaciones del hotel son correctas, la piscina estaba bien cuidada, es muy tranquilo a 5´de la playa en coche y 15´andando, fácil aparcamiento y una playa muy extensa. Aceptan mascotas y por lo menos a mi no me lo cobraron ni la fianza. El personal del hotel es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar.

"Residenzanlage mit Verbesserungsbedarf"

Plus: Das letztendlich bezogene Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern war hübsch und für 6 Personen ausreichend groß. Schön waren die Poolanlage und die Lage inmitten der Pinienwälder. Gut hat uns auch die Möglichkeit gefallen, von dort relativ schnell Bayonne, Biarritz und San Sebastian besuchen zu können. Insgesamt waren wir mit der hier verbrachten Woche sehr zufrieden. Minus: Relativ weiter und wenig attraktiver Weg entlang der Straße zum Strand, mit dem üblichen Strandgepäck zumindest mit Kindern eigentlich nur per Fahrrad oder Auto machbar. Appartements wirken außen wie innen renovierungsbedürftig. Personal bemüht aber nicht herzlich. Cafeteria im September nicht mehr geöffnet.
