We arrived after 8pm and could not get our key unless we phoned for the after hours person. But we had mobiles that worked in france so had to wait for a guest to leave and the doors to open for them. Once we got our key it was fine. We stayed in a family unit adjacent to the main hotel. Quite new, clean, all kitchen facilities available.

Good location, average sort of hotel, in need of smartening up in places but a comfy bed.

Hotel rooms were spacious and clean providing a kitchenette for basic self catering. 15 minute wark to la grotte. Good breakfast provided. On site parking available but subject to additional charge. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

When can we start? The hot water didn't work. The elevator didn't function. The toilet was broken most of the time. To hotel staff was friendly but that didn't make up for the poor condition of the hotel.

Hotel lift was not working - had to use circular staircase to the 4th floor. Room was nice and comfortable. Perfect location - quiet - good parking. Will stay there again.

NICE SUITE,THE HOTEL IS 15 MINUTE WALK FROM THE CENTER,NO AIR CONDITION

The room was clean and had clean towels daily. Staff at the reception was courteous and though we got there early got our rooms before the normal check-in time, which we appreciated very much. The room had lots of kitchen equipment and a kettle but no mugs/cups. We thought that was strange as the initial information said that there were tea and coffee making facilities, that to us meant that they provided even the tea, coffee and milk/creamer. As we had taken these we asked whether we could have a couple of cups/mugs and were told that they don't provide these as they have a restaurant! Our visit was a pilgrimage and found it rather lonely when we were walking back at night after the procession. Unless one is in a crowd or a man in the group I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel especially in the autumn/winter months or for someone who has difficulty walking uphill.
