"Nice hotel close to the grotto."

I had a great time there. The free WiFi helped a lot with planningy the days. I came from the UK, and I did not need to use the phone the whole time. I got kitchenware from the reception which was great as I am a vegan and made my own salads. It is close to the grotto which was great, and fairly close to the supermarket. Towels got changed daily. The only improvement would be for the cleaners to vacuum the room every now and then, as they didn't the whole week while I was there. I also asked for heating and I could set the room temperaturetemperature it was nice. I also liked the fact that I had a sofa to relax on during the day. I had a great time. If I ever decided to come to Lourdes again , I would definitely choose the same hotel.

"Very pleasant stay"

We stayed already the second time in this hotel. The location is very quiet. The staff very friendly. For late arrival everything is arranged. Cooking facility, microwave and fridge is available. Not the closest Hotel to the Sanctuary but within a ten minutes walk.

"Very accessible to the Grotto."

It is near the Grotto yet sort of secluded from the noise of the tourist track. Staff were helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. But there were no cutleries, glasses, and plates or bowls to use when in fact it has a kitchenette (being an apart-hotel). They could be supplied though on request but with a deposit in case one dish gets missing! The foyers needed cleaning--the carpets were dirty even though there were cleaners. Breakfast at €9 was pricy when there were limited choices.

"Stay at Residence Jardins de Lourdes with friends"

The hotel is very good especially if you travel in group.The hotel has cooking facilities which is very good.Some staff can speak English. Hotel is very clean and safe.Highly recommended to colleagues and friends especially those who are travelling with family members. Hotel is walking distance to the Sanctuary and nice time to unwind. The aircondition is very hot as it is centrally controlled however when receptionist informed about the problem he mentioned that October is a cold month already and heating should be used. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.We arrived early and they allow us to check-in as soon as we arrived. Hotel is near to the shops and beside the Museum,which is a bonus.
