I already talked to your costumer service. I didn’t stay this hotel. I canceled this reservation, because a guy yelled me at the parking a lot. I felt so scary. The manager agreed the full refund.

"Not the deal I was looking for."

The floors in the room were filthy, gang related graffiti on the back of the door and inside the dresser drawers, no coffee pot, low water pressure in the shower, holes in the comforters. The plastic covering on the mattress crinkles every time you moved, and without a fitted bottom sheet any amount of repositioning yourself while sleeping managed to free all the sheets. The wi-fi worked fine, the free parking was good, the refrigerator and microwave worked.

Why no blankets? So noisey heater can run all night? Towels were painful to use. Don't think I've ever seen a hotel room without a table or floor lamp.
