Stardust Motel Azusa

I've been staying at the motel since February of 2019 and all I can say is that it is very quiet and secure 24/7 CCTV cameras. I feel safe to bring my 10yr old son. Quietly enough to get a full night's sleep.

I learned alot from my time staying here. Management and Maintenance cool people. Manager Man I need a Favor 😁 I don't even know what to say. They have laundry and soda machines. Have to write 200 characters.

Very rude and the room smelled, I felt like they were upset at me for bothering them to stay there

Beware. There is a 50$ cash deposit not mentioned anywhere on the website for smoke deposit, and for the key card return. Really? I left the tv remote, and card key in the room, and the guy up front gave me grief about it. Said that it was part of the 50$ deposit. Then told me when I stay there again he wouldn’t let me slide on it again. Overall, small room, clean enough for a shower and a bed. Go somewhere else. The price isn’t even that good for what you get. The Mgr is really a pompous a$$.

Staff stereotyped me and aggressively accused me of smoking on premise without any proof. Mind you, I was competing in a sporting event at APU with teammates and can think of 99 other- more satisfying- ways to break their rules had I wanted to. After refuting my point, the manager finally returned my deposit...hmm interesting.

The dumpster was overflowing with trash; our room smelt of being freshly painted, a fight broke out in room next door- sounded like someone being tossed around. Guy who checked me in was on his cell phone the entire 15 minutes, didn’t even talk to me other then to ask me for my ID. Hands me remote to TV and two room keys, as he turns around I have to ask what the room number is. I had already paid for two nights and couldn’t cancel or I would have. We were gone all day and only slept there. I would not stay there nor recommend the place.

Everything is like brand new I was there for 1 day and 2 nights big rooms and bed was king alot of space

I booked this for my daughter on last minute. She is so picky but she really enjoyed the stay. She told me how clean it was and for the money was a great deal for being in California. She would stay there again. I paid a really decent price for the 3 nights she was there, so I am happy too.

Staff was rude right off the bat. Hitting me and my friends with random fees and just terrible service overall, I don’t recommend staying here at all.
