"Horrible customer service"

The property manager had horrible communication skills he was downright rude and disrespectful! I don't recommend this place to any human being!

What i didnt like about the place, i booked a smoking room online there were three rooms left it said so i booked a toom by the rime i got there there were no more smoking rooms so i cau cancel my room on the 9th of may. I cancelled at the time at the hotel they told me they would call you guys and tell you they would refund my money. I talk to expedia they told me it would take 24 hours to return my money well its been longer than 24 hours and i still havn't gotten my refund returned . I also had a deposit i had to made at the Super 8 motel of $50i still havt been returned. Please help me put here why i havnt received it yet?. Thanks

No ice, no coffee - they haven't mopped the floor in ages. My feet and socks were black - but they do off 2 channels of free porn.

As soon as I pulled up to this motel. I automatically thought I would be regretting booking my room. But never judge a book by its cover. The The front desk was very dated but when you start to go to your room everything is clean and kept up. Our room was very spacious we had all the amenities that we need plus more
