Second stayed at this property. Love Suisun valley, Larry’s produce. Easy excess to Napa valley and Russian river to korbel champagne maker.

The overall stay was good. I was just very disappointed about it not including breakfast. At 9:15 AM we were told that they ran out of breakfast and there was no food. I had three reservations, including myself that was starving and highly disappointed to no fault of the staff and the facility. The staff was gracious and apologetic. The facility was good. Need to improve the budget for breakfast!

Property is nice and clean.

Our room’s sofa bed was defective (facility left a note inside sofa bed to let them know if it can be replaced with roll out bed, but it was late at night when we were going to use it, so we didn’t bother having it replaced). There were 2 TVs, but no remote… staff was nice enough to look around for another remote, but no luck.

Because of how the reservation is made, the hotel thought we only wanted 1 room, not a two bedroom suite. This caused us to have to book 2 rooms and the second room had several things wrong. The reservation at the top says 1 room and you have to scroll down to see two bedroom suite. I had called ahead but they still didn’t notice that.

My brother and I spent 5 days in the hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we entered. We checked out with the night person Ruth & went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. Receiving such personal and efficient service is a breath of fresh air. This is the place I trust for all my needs; it feels like home.
