Her demeanor and incredible personality is what makes this location truly one of one! My mother and I stayed at this hotel for a family visit and we shared a king size bed with a kitchen and nice living room . Dionne and Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and gave my mother extra care while I went to town, which was so kind of them and I truly appreciate that they care for their customers that much. If we are ever in the area again we will make sure we book our room there. Thank you for your excellent care. All staff members smiled, were cheerful and very kind. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

It wasn't bad per se, but it wasn't off to a great start when we found people already staying in a room I had booked ahead of time. A member of the staff had apparently forgotten to input in the system that they had checked in a couple and their baby into that room already. The front desk agent who helped sort this out went above and beyond and got us a new room.

Check in was quick and easy. I booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms had no AC and the sink was leaking every time we would turn it on. We informed the staff that our room had no AC, to which they then told us they were already informed that some of the rooms had AC problems. So if they knew already, why didn't they tell us in advanced? It was in the 90's the day we stayed & I think that's something to tell guests considering the windows don't open as well. Staff did not accommodate at all
