Hilton Garden Inn Macon/Mercer University

Very nice right on the Mercer campus.

Excellent hotel for a stay en route to the south. Location is wonderful.

My brealfast was good; my husbands experience was the opposite.

The breakfast started off on the wrong foot. My husband got cereal, poured the milk, started to eat and the skim milk was sour. When he asked about it, he was told they were out of anymore skim and only had regular milk, no apology, etc. If I had not started eating myself, we would have left. The breakfast I ate was quite good; however, his negative experience ruined the meal for me as he was quite irritated and felt as if the staff could have cared less. The breakfast at over 35.00 for two is a bit overpriced.

The building is nice. The accessible shower has seen better days. The the desk attendant crunched ice the entire time she checked me in.

Only there for one night, but no issues. Nice place.

It was conveniently walkable to Mercer's campus.

Kind staff

Service was excellent, and everything was clean and modern. All staff was friendly and helpful, especially Erica and Sonjia who went beyond what’s expected to help us when we came in late from a long hospital visit. The food was good, and there was a great variety.
