"Exceptional"

I was greeted by Chelsea at the front desk when I checked in, she was so friendly and helpful! The room was nice, clean and spacious, and after going out for dinner, I came back and had a drink at the bar. Stacie was the bartender, and she was wonderful! Great service, very attentive and friendly. Now that my daughter may be going to college in Macon, I'll most likely be back regularly!

"Don’t stay here. "

We spent almost $400 for the room and it was completely outdated and musty. We were there one night. The beds were so uncomfortable and the room was so very grungy. It didn’t feel clean. I couldn’t wait to leave. We checked into the TownePlace Suites across the road which was much better. I would not recommend Hilton Garden Inn

"I’ve never left a review for anything but this was so awful it warranted one"

The lobby area was nice that’s it

We stayed as we were traveling from Ohio to Florida for work. A nasty, stained carpet, dirty floors and shower double queen room cost us almost $400 although the price on booking was $163 when we reserved it with little explanation from rude staff when we received our reciept. To which the reciept wasn’t even accurate because I got an emailed receipt later which was over $20 more. Place is ran by con artists and staff that have the motivation of geriatric slugs Would recommend you find literally any other possible arrangement before you stay with this facility
