Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee NW - Park Place by IHG

We stayed at the Holiday inn in Milwaukee NW location. We stayed at this location because it was still kind of close to home and the prices were very reasonable. Our stay initially what's good until we found a adult size roach and our bathroom tub which ran back down the drain We did get a picture of it and called the front desk to inform them what we just saw and they offered us another room which we accept it, but the but the bathroom was not as clean, so at this point I'm not for sure if it's intentional and they're just being funny or what, So we took pictures and I just cleaned the bathroom so that we could just get through the night and return home the next day because it was only to spend a night to avoid all of the firecrackers and gunshots that occurs on New Year's Eve. Fortunately this is the only time we've had a bad experience with Holiday inn and hopefully this will be the last time. Because I will stay at a holiday inn hotel again just not the one at this location Milwaukee Northwest location. Our room # originally was 232 and then we moved to 206.

The front desk clerk was amazing

Not much besides the layout of the room

Had cochroaches room smelled like someone had a smoke session in it and the room had dirty towels laying around. When I said something the staff was to busy on their phone to help or want to help. Was told the manager would call me and never did.

If I have to put something, I would say busy.

I waited almost 30min standing at the front desk until someone came to check me in

They have roaches and try to get refund or different room they gave me the run around when asking for the manager left email no response
