We arrived late due to our flight. Room smelled good and looked clean. I was impressed. Loved the layout of the room. We went to bed. Next morning, I went to use shower for first time and noticed hair on the floor by the tub that was not ours. My husband is bald and my hair is blond/curly. I cleaned up the floor. The next day I noticed there was mold on HVAC slats. I cleaned that up also. I didn’t bother to report to hotel staff. I did enjoy using the Gym and Pool. I was happy that there were towels in both areas. The hand sanitizers were empty during my stay. Breakfast was ok and complimentary. The staff that worked during our stay were excellent. I was also happy with the price of the hotel. I would stay here again but will notify management of mold or any other issues.

Was friendly staff. Was surprised by recent policy change about early check in of additional $75 automatically added. It was posted on website site. I was 1 1/2 early after sitting in traffic for almost 1 1/2 hours upon reaching Milwaukee. Rooms clean. Pool water warm. Was nice till unsupervised kids started jumping in to the pool with out regards to other’s in area. Watched a family leave pool area that was there before us. They were not happy with unsupervised kids actions. Then ready sign that stated to shower after restroom use and no shower available? Hummm. But definitely warn pool which was nice.

"Nice renovation, great roons for good price!"

Booked 4 rooms for 4 guys for just 1 evening. Check in little confusing as said wanted I'd and cc from each but also needed me to write each guys name down?? 1 room a/c not working so moved him. Toilet seat almost falling off and front desk gal actually came up and fixed it herself( very impressive) . I feel tvs are confusing and could be easier to operate!

I had a very comfortable experience at your establishment. My room was very clean, but one of the TVs in the living room was kind a little funky but the one in the bedroom works fine so I was OK with that. I had a really greats stay. Thank you.
