"Not the best accommodations"

We stayed here for a family members wedding. We were 3rd in line to check in and took almost a half hour to get checked in. Ladies at front desk kept talking to each other and when asked what was going of manager/supervisor went back to talking to customer. The lady we had said the system was down she had to reboot, yet the other customer was getting helped. Our room was spacious. Our night stand was tilting-broke. We didn't use due to we didnt want it to break. We were given 2 towels no wash cloths (we found a used dried up, smelly wash cloth in bathroom on shower rack). In hallway of floors 2 and 3 smelled like pot. In the main entrance restrooms. Womens bathroom had a broken toliet seat. 3rd shift desk attendant we found sleeping a couple times. My cousin needed entrance in the morning and the guy was sleeping. He called up to come down and let him in.

Overall this is a good hotel. We stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite with a fold out couch for the kids. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper and we had to request it from the front desk and go get it ourselves. The reservation was for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) but only enough towels for 2 people in the room so we had to go to the front desk to get additional towels too. I feel like small details were overlooked like that for this stay. Also there was a fire alarm that went off right after getting the kids to bed so we had to evacuate the sleeping kids to the car for about 15 minutes until the firefighters cleared the building. So that was really hard for us. Breakfast was good. Pool area was very very warm.
