Extended Stay - Ormond Beach

They re a rip off Dont Buy There rooms on Hotel. com they advertise Rooms for cheap and then Rob You and then when you try nd get a refund the manager doesnt awser!!!!!

Nothing short of a joke!!!! 1 room- someone was in the room already!!!!! 2nd room. That’s right.- man sitting on the bed undressed. Like I said—- I don’t know what else to say!!! Oh ya. Couldn’t get a refund either!!!! Lmao!!!!

Fue un desastre, separe ese hotel y nos hospedaron en el days inn ya Que no había nadie en el extended para hacernos el check inn, luego no querían ,decían que teníamos que contactarnos con ustedes ,que ellos no podían cobrar ,,me comuniqué con ustedes y muy amablemente Pedro me orientó ,la muchacha del hotel no quiso hablar con Pedro ,se negaba ,no fue hasta q llegó la manager ,le explicamos la situación y accedió a cobrar , pero nos hospedaron en el days inn ,la limpieza no estaba tan mal ,lo único que no me gustó fueron las sábanas de la cama ,muy finitas y manchadas ,reservar con ustedes fue tan fácil ,pero hacer check inn en el hotel fue horrible

Safety- There was little children (under 5) play and jumping the steps when we arrived. No parents around. People drinking alcohol and smoking Marijuana on the balcony in the open. There was whistles and cat calls at my wife from some sketchy looking guys. Broken- missing bulbs from lamps. TV remote did not work nor was there a power button on the tv. The place smelled poorly like body oder. I refused to pay the wanting price for the room for such horrid conditions- so we left within 15min of check-in and demanded refund to our account.

Smoke detector was detached from wall, kept smelling cigarette smoke during the night, our key card worked when it wanted we had to insert the card like 6 times for it to unlock the door... we had one roll of toilet paper, 1 towel, when we asked for another towel, they were in the dryer and never brought to our room when they were dry, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, there was gooey stuff thrown on the ceiling above the sink, one light working above the sink, no remote for the tv, which we were out most of the time so really didnt need a remote, the a/c worked great, shower was great as well as the bed was comfy, but definitely did not match photos online and we will not be staying there again or at the daysinn as we had friend who had bad experience there as well...

Very old and in poor condition. Great place for homeless weekly rentals.

Took 10 swipes to get a green light tobopen the door, had to push the jammed door. Flooring was comming up and had mildew under it. Electric outlet not covered, wall picture was on the floor. 2 towel racks and tp holder was missing. No trash can. Only one bath towel for 2 guest. Shower handle detached.

The name Extended stay implied it was the chain of hotels that are nice. This was a run down motel with sheets over some windows and broken down cars in parking lot with run down facilities and using an adjacent days inn as it's lobby

The property looked ran down, there were a lot of homeless people around the hotel panhandling for money. not safe. No tv no shower curtain in bathroom.

Terrible room and area. Room was covered in black mold. Was afraid to sit my bag down anywhere. Pictures were clearly of another hotel! Would not recommend.
