Extended Stay - Ormond Beach

The place looked like a run down vacant building. Upon my arrival I couldn't check in there. I had to go next door to the Days inn to check in. Apparently they're both owned by the same person. I was required to Provide a $100 cash deposit which I have never had to do anywhere else. I arrived after sunset and had trouble finding my room because most of the exterior lights were not working. I was in a second floor room and entrance to the rooms are at the exterior of the building. While walking down the stairs to get to ground level, I missed the last stair step prior to the staircase turning and nearly hurt myself as it was dark and that area is also not lighted. The toilet seat was broken as well as the toilet paper dispenser and the half roll of toilet paper was kept on top of the toilet tank. There was mold on the shower curtain and all of the furniture had some damage. There was a fairly large gap around the door which allowed a lot of the expressway road noise to come through the door. Bring ear plugs if you are staying here as well as a flashlight so you can find your room. The only saving grace is that I didn't find any bugs and the sheets were clean. I wouldn't stay here with my significant other because she might leave me.

This was the worst place i have ever stayed at in my life. When i went to the front desk with my issues, I was told... you should work here. There was no curtains, no door knob on bathroom, front door was missing trim that allowed the door to lock. Very dirty

I arrived to the propery for my paid reservation and they told me they had no room for me.

Did not have a room for us after paying on line with you said sold out.

Worn out floor and furniture. Scary people hanging out on the walkways. The tub faucet leaked, loudly. Lamp did not work, no TV remote. I cancelled the room and moved on.

Overbooked. No room available when i checked in. Slept in car.

This hotel should not be available for anyone to stay. Its room is terrible for staying, damaged refrigerator with water all over floor from it. Bed was dirty, bathroom was not clean, TV was not working. I can keep going with it issue. Please fix all of these before you open it for any customer to book. thanks

really bad smell in room,dirty and overall really bad shape. pictures are not whats advertised. high reviews are fake

This place was absolutely disgusting and I didn't stay. I walked into the room (after the desk wanted a $100 CASH deposit that wasn't listed anywhere online, I had a credit card, not cash so they ended up running my card for it), and took pictures and left to turn the keys back in. There was absolutely no way I would sleep in there. There was a square hole cut in the blinds and no curtains, so anyone would be able to look in and watch you sleep/change/do anything, no face on the nightstand drawer, zip ties on the dresser for a drawer pull, and the mattress looked like someone had been axed on it and then it had been soiled on and off for the last ten years. It was gross. I would have rather slept in my rental car or taken my chances on a park bench than sleep in there.

The Room didnt have a curtain so people can see inside. They wanted $100 deposit in CASH. The bed was confortable. It got confusing for me because the name is Extended but there is no kitchen and no laundry.
