Extended Stay - Ormond Beach

The front desk girls were very nice however when i got my room someone else was in it so i was switched to a different one then was kicked out for being in there im handicapped and was made to walk all over the property due to no fault of my own

The place is falling apart. No lights in the bathroom the floor was very weak. No towels or bedding on the bed

Friendly staff but property is seriously run down. Only saving grace was that the sheets were clean, but that's about it

super sketchy property, I was afraid of getting bed bugs. Drove home without staying. Staff was friendly but not attentive to detail. Photocopied my credit card! Would not recommend

The room was disgusting, and didn't even have bed mattresses, just box springs. Things were moldy and nasty. Do not stay here!

For a base, super cheap, no amenities motel the main thing I’m looking for is NO BUGS. Happy to report I didn’t see one my 2 night stay. I’ll stay again because it’s soooo hard to find a cheap place that’s bug free.

While they have made some renovations, like new paint, it's not great. Shower curtain had lots of mildew on the bottom of it. I had one towel and one wash cloth, no bath mat, towels had some stains, had see better days, TV remote did not work. And to top it all off I was backed into my parking space and did not read their sign posted on the check in window next door and my truck was towed. I have stayed here before a a night or two before Bikweek but would highly recommend to steer clear of this joint!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The general manager and the housekeepers were the only saving grace here. The rooms had no TV no internet, no bedspreads, no smoke detector, cracked sink, burned out light bulbs, holes in bathroom door, dirty floor, stained beds, etc. I had to stay because I had no other place to go since it was Biketoberfest. The towels were good and the shower was hot but I’m glad I came by myself. I would have been embarrassed to bring anyone here. It shouldn’t even be open. I tried to get a refund through Travelocity but they called and it was to no avail. Stay at your own risk!!!

Well ive been stopping and staying here for the last couple of weeks on my trips ! And ive got to say that i can really see change everytime I've stopped and stayed ! Seems like the staff they got there now take pride in what they do ! Im pleased to say that i would stay here anytime im in town !

Absolutely the worst hotel I've EVER booked. I slept in my car & lost the money I spent...Lesson learned & will never book again!!!
