Extended Stay - Ormond Beach

The stay was average to what I have experienced in the past at an Extended Stay. The window blinds were broken. The safety latch on the door was broken. There was no trash bin and one roll of toilet paper not on the holder

Stain Sheets, toilet didn't flush, no battery in the smoke detector, trash pile high outside room door, light bulbs out.

My stay was terrible. Place should be shut down for good. Floors were nasty couldn’t walk on them barefoot fresh out the shower or it would turn feet black with filth. Toliet was nasty not cleaned on forever toothpaste on counter sink and mirror. No towels no toilet paper no pillow cases. Had to put my luggage in front of window looked like an animal chewed up blind and window sill. No fridge microwave nasty.

It was a horrible we parked ourcar and we got rude comments from other attended we felt threatened so we went to office to get a refund and now we are waiting on a refund from hotel .com and we are not very happy

I did not expect more than a clean room, a TV to watch, a bed, and to be the only occupants of our room. We check in and it is sketchy, not a surprise. TV has no signal and there is no phone in the room. I call from my cell phone and they tell me they will send maintenence to our room. Husband decides after 20 mins to go to the front desk. I stay in the room. 10 mins later i hear a key card go into the door lock. The door opens and there is a 6ft 350lb man standing there!!! I am shocked and so is he. He leaves and goes back to the front desk. I call the desk and they tell me they have us in another room. What? I step outside to look for him, the room door closes. I turn around and put key in....it does not work and has been turned off. I have to walk down to the front desk, which is the Days Inn up front. My husband is still at the window. We are going on an hour now. While the strange man is opening the door to our room, the woman behind the counter is dismissive for them not paying their their cable bill. Then she asks my husband if we are here for Biketoberfest or to watch TV. She offers a refund and we accept immediately. 3 days later and nothing. There was no smoke alarm and the outlets were exposed. Another biker was asking for a refund because when he opened the door to his room the bugs were everywhere.

Horrible we didn't have tv service,dirty was cockroaches,plus mold ,when I asked why the TV wasn't working,they told me it's been out. Why rent a room with no television service,not wifi. Wasn't even offered a room with television service. Completely horrible

Staff was very rude didn’t supply us with towels washcloths soap had mold and mildew all over the floor. Is it on the walls by the tub totally disgusting.

Where do I even start, this was the most absolutely disgusting hotel I've ever been to. For one it is not well lit so when trying to find your room is irritating. It's in a dark corner lot not parking lot lights. A bunch of people running around and partying outside. The stairs to the second level are pitch black and when you get to the second level there was people right at the top carrying on and would not move so we could get threw. When I opened the door I was completely in shock it was absolutely filthy, I don't know that it's even been swept let alone mopped there's stains on the walls and outdated furniture no remote for the TV and no way to turn it on a busted up refrigerator that didn't work a table with duct tape around the legs and no chairs. There was 2 large towels and 2 wash rags in the bathroom no bath mat no hand towels not a shred of toilet paper anywhere in that room no tissues no cups nothing. The mirrors were greasy and gross. I travel for work and have stayed in all kinds of hotels and to say this one should be permanently closed and no open to the public is putting it nicely. I seriously don't know how they can even charge for that. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
