Amaya Hills Kandy

We had exceptional service at the bar in the hotel. Rashmi was attentive to what we asked for and assisted us with any requests we had.

Given that this is an older Hotel, I was quite impressed by the fact that the Hotel was well maintained. Also, loved the food and the restaurant staff who were extremely friendly and efficient.

I found the bathrooms to need a bit more care as it showed its age. The ladies at the reception c I understand use a bit more training on being friendly and inviting. They were the only staff that seemed to be reserved and not welcoming.

Janani, amazing service. Proactive and accommodating to everything we needed and asked for. And great ice coffee.

Erandi was very helpful, a lovely lady that helped at breakfast.

Hotel is excellent. Staff is very cooperative and cohesive. Hotel is neat and clean

値段相当の清潔感はありました。

まず到着早々部屋の鍵が壊れており、ドア側の充電がないから翌日に直すと言われ、その場での修理、別の部屋への案内はありませんでした。また、翌日朝早く出発する予定があったため、スタッフに伺い朝食パックをフロントで依頼しましたが、翌朝準備されていませんでした。朝のフロントスタッフからは謝罪は全くなく「誰に頼んだのか、名前は覚えているか」と聞かれ、私はすぐに出発したいから朝食代の返金を依頼しましたが結局準備しはじめてしまったからと20分間待たされました。帰ってから、「レストラン側で頼んでいればこんなことにはならなかったのに」との言葉があり唖然としました。スタッフの数は多いのに各々の対応力が不足しており機能していません。もう泊まりません。

I loved everything about this place especially the fantastic view. It is breathtaking honestly! You will feel so much peace when you see the hills or just chilling in the swimming pool area.
