It was my birthday and we had a good time

The view was fantastic. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. The young boy in the bar was very nice and helpful. the staff was helpful and attentive overall.

There were no spoons available at the tea/coffee station on the first day. I tried to order room service around 1am after the reception told me the room service is 24/7. Then the same guy told me, no it is closed cos our occupancy is low. Now, that was a big downfall on information provided to the guests.Otherwise, the staff was nice, but they can do better with smiles.

The views were amazing and the hotel has a lot of potential.

You go to a hotel in the mountains to try to get some peace from the city. But the music was TOO loud and they had not only the hotel's music but the guests also plaid music very loud themselves so it was a mix of noise in the end, we couldn't relax at all. There are a lot of mosquitoes and the hotel does not provide repellent nor any kind of alternative, we couldn't sleep at all during our honeymoon -and not for a good reason- mosquitoes were killing us. We told the staff we had a terrible night, honestly a terrible stay and they couldn't care less, both the reception and manager said nothing. We would never come back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and great food. We stayed in Deluxe rooms and had a nice view of the forest behind. Kids enjoyed the pool. We could see beautiful surrounding areas and mountains from there.

Traveling from this hotel to Kandy city is a challenge. Due to the location (located on top of a steep hill outside the city) most Uber and Pickme drivers refuse to accept a trip to this hotel. If you're planning to visit Sri Dalada maligawa or the Kandy city, you'll have to plan well in advance. Fortunately, hotel staff helped us finding a private taxi to visit Sri Dalada maligawa before the evening "Theva" time.

Erandi and Shenalii, both waitresses are soo good at treating to the customer and soo friendly and kind.... The atmosphere is soo good and cozy everywhere

People visiting Kandy this hotel is a must stay . Perched on top of a mountain and has beautiful Mountain View’s . You can see sun set from the room facing west. Good breakfast spread. Scenic and beautiful

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. And the staff is great. Specially the Ayurvedic spa. Worth for money and best treatment ever got.
