Hotel Las Palomas

Very nice hotel... if you visit Tepic is the perfect family hotel very good food

Generally a nice hotel. Paid for the upgraded jr. suite but only got the regular room. Could have been a bit cleaner in the room

Great hotel. Friendly staff and large rooms. Very accommodating. Some road noise if nezr the street. Very near the central bus depot, Walmart, and Ley. Ask for ice at the bar.

After a sleepless night at Hotel Ejecutivo, my brother-in-law searched for a new hotel while my sister went with me for my bone scan. He found Hotel Las Palomas. What a HUGE difference........it was such a relief to find such a pleasant and friendly place. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service impeccable. The rooms were really nice, super clean and the beds were so comfortable. I was there in January 2018 so didn't use the pool, but the jacuzzi was terrific. This is definitely a hotel to use again.

for the most part ,was a good experience. pillows are too high and no choice for lower ones..End up using a folded towel. The A/C unit did not work.At least , it was not hot at the city. I had a great experience while checking-out. Fernanda,an employee , who was behind the counter was very professional and even though she was helping someone else while I was waiting in line , she let me know that she would be helping me shortly..That little gesture made a big difference. Keep up the great job Fernanda. The bedding, bathroom are spacious and very clean... Just the pillows & the A/C unit need to be replaced and it would be a great place to stay.

Overall it was good but we did have a few inconveniences - the room was booked for 2 people but there was only 1 glass provided, we were booked in for 2 nights but our key card only worked for 1 night, on our 2nd day there was no replacement coffee provided, the cable TV had about 80 channels but no English film channels at all. The staff were ok but we only found one who could speak English which was the very pleasant barman. Reception was not helpful. The hotel was on the edge of the city and the area was not pedestrian friendly, at one stage we had to walk on the very very busy road.

It was a business trip and really enjoyed the hotel. Even though it was crowded due to vacations and several families staying, there was a good service and clean rooms and not that really noisy. The breakfast buffet is good.

fantastic.....breakfast was good , the swimming pool was to small, the food was great, security was good parking was good , I will make reservations again price was comfortable ....close to Walmart , fire department .. easy access to public transportation.
