"Unprofessional front desk clerk."

The front desk clerk refused to give me a receipt as is customary upon checkout. She may have been unable but that's because she was completely unwilling, unhelpful, and even argumentative. The location, room, food, and service was excellent but this one person ruined my stay and made everyone & everything seem bad. She does not belong in the service industry and I'm saying that so that perhaps she will not waste her life and ruin the experience of those around her.
