Unfortunately I had to cancel my reservation because my flight was cancelled due to hurricane Lorena. It took Expedia staff a few days to contact the manager because he was unavailable. I was charged a day stay enemies though my cancelation was due to circumstances beyond my control. I guess this hotel cares more about money than safety.

Everything was AMAZING, I am definitely returning. The food was DELICIOUS, The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were extremely clean. God willing I will definitely visit again.

"Great Hotel for stopover on long travel days"

We stay here every time we drive to Zihuatanejo from USA and on return trips. Nice to have the restaurant at the hotel, and room service is good. This last stay was a little noisy, but not too late, I think a large group of people together and they were enjoying the pool.

So they dont have a minibar or microwave available. Staff was kind of rude...very disappointed. Personally and all the family we went will.never come back..
