Service at breakfast slow

We have stayed here lots of times and it never disappoints us. The hotel is beautiful with fabulous views from the rooms at the front. It is a peaceful oasis! The staff are excellent and make you feel like a special guest. We always eat in the restaurant and did do on this occasion. The menu was slightly different than usual but the food and service were as excellent as ever. Breakfast service has also changed slightly but the quality is still spot on. The pool and spa area are also worth a visit. We enjoyed a swim, hot tub and steam room as always. This remains our favourite hotel for a quick getaway - we don't live faraway but enjoy a night of luxury every now and again!

Spa wasn’t big enough

We used to own a 150 cover restaurant so we do know a little about hospitality. My husband and I talked about our experience and we noted that it was a true hospitality experience. Great knowledge from staff, Richard great recommendations, excellent food in the restaurant. Understood my ceoliac requirements with no fuss at all. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.
