"Disgraceful"

Went here for two coffees and biscuits. The coffee was fine. We were given one tiny biscuit each. No plates no napkins and no sugar or sweeners. This place at least the room we were immediately right when you enter the building is filthy and dusty. Then they had a nerve to try and charge a service charge No way. Hire a cleaner.... Disgraceful

"Another lovely visit :)"

We’ve been coming here for the past 8 years , always really friendly and helpful staff , rooms always clean , and really nice quality food in the restaurant. The man who welcomed us in and checked us out of the hotel was really helpful with small issue we had with room , Richard im sure he was called so thanks to him. We will be back soon for another visit!
