Sierra Lago Resort & Spa Hotel-All Inclusive

Los alimentos son de baja calidad, frijoles salados, platillos servidos a destiempo entre un comensal a otro, platillos que no llegaron, a los meseros se les tiene que estar pidiendo hasta en 3 ocaciones las cosas, te llevan un plato de sopa sin cuchara, los meseros nada atentos a tus necesidades, el frigobar de la cabaña solo una cerveza, bicicletas en un estado nada bueno, la salsa te la llevan ya que terminaste de comer, en fin lastima del lugar que es hermoso, pero el hotel tiene que capacitar muchísimo a su personal para la atención al huésped, no solo es ser mesero, añ ser turístico deben de satisfacer al huésped muy bien, obvio, el costo no es nada barato y uno espera un servicio acorde al precio que se paga

El lugar es maravilloso, los empleados super profesionales y serviciales, todo sería perfecto si le invirtieran al camino para llegar, es una brecha de 18 km que podria ser pavimentada por seguridad y comodidad de los huespedes.

Just returned home after a 4 day stay at the beautiful Sierra Lago Resort. The road out of Mascota up to the resort was a little...tough, but after pulling through the gates into the resort itself, WOW!!! The view of the lake and the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. We were welcomed at the reception by Paty, and despite our poor Spanish, were made to feel very welcome by her warm and friendly greeting. Our beautiful, and well equipped, Ultra Suite Cabin was just a short walk to the pool and La Terraza restaurant. Lunch was at La Capilla restaurant which is a little further away around the lake, and for those not wanting to walk the golf cart was readily available. During our stay, we enjoyed both walking and taking a carriage ride around the lake, horse riding and fishing in the well stocked lake. We also enjoyed the couples massage given by Brenda and Maribel. Can't praise all of the staff highly enough, everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful!

El camino para llegar desanima, pero ya una vez estando ahí vale la pena, es un lugar muy bonito, buen servicio, limpio nos encantó ….

Sierra Lago is a wonderful resort in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. The pristine lake, thick forests and abundant nature will dazzle you from The moment you set foot on this magnificent property. Roberto and the entire staff including Javier were there to honor our every request. My wife renewed our vows at the lakeside chapel. It was truly inspirational. Sierra Lago is well worth the long, winding sometimes bumpy drive. You won’t regret it!

Great place with staff doing whatever it took to make my whole wedding party happy. Roberto was excellent in everything we asked and needed. Great hospitality from Patty and Roberto. The resort is an amazing place and Roberto is an amazing host.

This was not a good wedding destination. They did not keep the restaurants open, so only the meals chosen by the couple were available and only at the times chosen. No other food was available to the guests. There is no ac, and even with the cool nights, the rooms are warm. The biggest issue was the reception dinner. Unbeknownst to the bride and groom, you were only given the option of food at your tables. The resort alternated between salmon and steak for each guest. If you did not like or want the choose picked by them, you had to trade with someone at your table. No other food options were even available to anyone, children included, and the same went for drinks because the resort did not open their full bar only feet away. Despite its beauty, I do not recommend. Especially for a wedding.

Ojalá se mejore el camino hacia el resort, comprendo que no es directamente cuestión de ellos, pero sí es una ruta peligrosa. Igualmente que fuese exclusivo para adultos.
