Sierra Lago Resort & Spa Hotel-All Inclusive

We liked super charming nature, well landscaped territory, buitifull lake, freindly staff, nice lounge music.

Hermoso lugar, parece que estás en un cuento de hadas, la cabaña preciosa con fogata y cama súper cómoda, las bebidas muy buenas, varias actividades, recomiendo que vayan en luna nueva y verán muchas estrellas. Lo único que no disfrutamos fue la comida especialmente la cena, siendo un lugar de lujo necesitan que la comida sea de calidad también. Muy seco todo o overcooked los alimentos. La cena llegó más rápido que un Big Mac de Mc Donald’s… La televisión no tenía seña, las lámparas de mesa no funcionaron. Pequeños detalles que importan cuando pagas tanto por una noche. Del resto el servicio e instalaciones excelente.

Todo muy bonito y el servicio y empleados muy buen trato. Solo la habitacion no funcionaba las llaves de la regadera

Excelente servicio por parte del personal, hay muchas actividades para hacer, la comida es muy buena y los cócteles también. La cancha de tenis está descuidada y tienes que ir por el equipo para jugar hasta recepción que está lejos y las bicicletas necesitan mantenimiento, no servían los frenos y no se podía ajustar la altura

I was very disappointed with our stay at Sierra Lago. It took nearly an hour to drive up to the resort (16k) on a slow-going, bumpy road. None of the staff spoke English which made it very difficult to communicate some of the questions and concerns we had. Our "suite" was a rustic cabin that was in dire need of an update. The toilet did not flush properly, the bath/jacuzzi was absolutely gross and not cleaned, and if you were not careful, you could have fallen off the elevated "loft" bedroom because there were no rails on the steps. As a agile 35 year old, my biggest fear was falling off the elevated bedroom. I would not feel confident at all having my elderly parents stay here as they would break bones or hurt themselves if they fell at all. The room needed so many upgrades. The worst of all was just how dirty and dusty the room was. We began to fill the jacuzzi tub and a brown foam formed where the water line was because of how unused and not clean the inside of the tub was. Outside of each cabin were large bags of towels and supplies just stored against the cabin. A security guard also drove his very noisy dirt bike around the property at midnight one night shining lights around the cabin. The trip wasn't relaxing and, for what we paid, was not worth it!

Fuimos con unos amigos pero llegó un grupo grande y tuvimos dos terribles noches con mucho ruido al final decidimos quedar una noche más pero obviamente el grupo ya había salido el servicio y el trato de los trabajadores fue excelente felicidades nuestro favorito Jose

Un lugar para relajarse con un paisaje hermoso, cualquier punto es perfecto para la contemplación
