Situated next to a beautiful lake, surrounded by mountains, the cabins are impeccable. Service provided was friendly and very professional. The web site really does not adequately describe that “all-inclusive” is not just the regular stuff expected at beach resorts - this restaurant is five-star!! A special getaway from a beach vacation to something entirely different from your expectations. This is worth a try, even if you are only in Puerto Vallarta for a week, as it adds a completely different dimension.

Había DOS MURCIÉLAGOS en la cabaña!!! Llamamos a recepción y no obtuvimos respuesta. No había una carpeta informativa, salimos a buscar al personal y no hubo nadie que nos pudiera ayudar. Intentamos a toda costa sacar los murciélagos y fue imposible. Esto nos impidió dormir en la cama principal debido a que los murciélagos estaban en el techo, encima de la cama. Tuvimos que dejar la luz prendida y eso nos impidió descansar. Además de que estuvimos con el temor de ser atacados por fauna nociva para la salud. ( cabe destacar que somos médicos y conocemos el daño que pueden causar a la salud así como RABIA e HISTOPLASMOSIS). Para finalizar nuestra pésima velada nos tuvimos que bañar con agua HELADA ya que según esto la caldera no funcionaba y nunca funcionó. No hubo respuesta a ninguna de nuestras quejas. Solicitamos hablar con el gerente y la recepcionista nos dijo que no podía atendernos porque estaba en una reunión.

The place is beautiful, the grounds, trees, the lake. It should have more lights at night, you can hardly see on your way back to your cabin. We had to use our cell lights. The food is ok

En general todo está muy bien! El servicio muy bueno , las cabañas muy bien! Lo tienen todo en muy buen estado , lo único que podría mejorar es la comida , es buena pero con una mejora estaría mucho mejor!
