All hotel services are exellent except tuk-tuk service.

The accommodation was fantastic & children friendly. Karon very clean with the Brach only a stroll away & shops.

Beautiful hotel! I would recommend paying the extra for the upgrade! It didn’t cost much but came with a free happy hour and access to a pool that had very little people and no children allowed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really good hotel, good location, would definitely recommend. Located on a bit of a hill, but the hotel provides a free tuk tuk service to/from the bottom of the hill. Staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. We are vegetarian and the breakfast menu was one of the best we’ve experienced. A large variety of cuisines available at breakfast including continental, Thai and Indian. The hotel is very close to Karon beach which I thought was the best beach in the area. The hotel provides beach mats and umbrellas for you to use. Kata beach is about a 10min walk and Patong is a 20-30min drive away. The hotel provide a free shuttle to and from Patong. We ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of times, Mexican, Thai and Indian food available, reasonably priced and food was good. Facilities at the hotel were good, 2 swimming pools, gym and kids corner available.

Enjoyed staying here. Peaceful place to be as Phuket is very busy.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the junior sweet for our honeymoon holiday. The room itself was extremely clean and well kept. Bathroom was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Was great to have our own pool access and private lounge chairs. We were very happy with the room and had a great time using it! We were staying in the privilege area which was lovely and relaxing. I provided the following feedback to staff. The breakfast and pool bar staff were friendly at all times. However we did mention that the tuk tuk staff were very unfriendly compared to other staff. We had to wait 30 mins to collect our bags at the end when we were waiting to check out, and the staff were quite rude and asked my husband to carry the remainder of the bags as they did not bring the trolley down. We also had maintenance to a broken door with 3 people trying to fix it, it was the door leading to the pool and had to be taken off to be fixed. We were not made aware of any maintenance and when entering the room, they did not ask if they could fix it, as we were laying 1 metre away relaxing on the pool chairs. It drew a lot of attention to us from everyone in the pool looking at what was going on. All of this however was only a small part of the trip, and we would stay there again mainly due to the great rooms and adults only section. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our honeymoon.

The resort has excellent pools with swim up pool bars and amazing staff. They are all so friendly and welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We checked in late 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and were greeted by happy staff, although we were tired from travelling they were pleasant and understanding. Loved the fact they walk you to your room, open doors curtains, explain mini bar, facilities, lights, special promotion during your stay etc. Although tired and 10.30 pm we were able to have dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was incredible plenty on offer and fresh, unlike some places were they leave the food until it's consumed. Plenty of chefs and staff on hand to cater for your every need. Quick tour of the resort after breakfast and we quickly knew where everything was, pools, swim up bar (very reasonably priced), Gym, day spa etc. Walk down a slight hill and within 3 mins you are at a beautiful clean beach. If you find that after a day at the beach you are too tired to walk up the (slight) hill, dial 2 at the bottom, and a Resort Tuk Tuk will pick you up. The resort is in the middle of everything, turn right and you head into Karon, plenty on offer, food, shops, massages, etc, turn left and walk to Kata and exactly the same.

Overall wonderful! The hotel resort is exactly what we needed! Perfect combination of resort and proximity to beach. Prices of drinks were a little high at the resort, but still lots of fun to be had lounging at the pool or ordering in room service.
