Blue Dreams Resort-Ultra All Inclusive

Good for the money. Small room. Would be better if the night people at the reception is nicer and some welcoming comments and explenation of the resort and providing the map and other resort info.The guy at the reception seems unhappy and he kinda ignored us for 5 mins despite we were in front of him and finally made one eye contact and started the check in process...he did not say anything during the whole check in process I think this was a rude behavior in such a nice facility. I recommend better communication skills.

We went with our 2 kids, looking to have a short vacation in the sea. Food offer is good as well as the water sports by the sea. What we didn't like is the service and the room cleanliness. Had to call 2 times to get the room cleaned (7pm) and get some shampoo and basic stuff refilled, long time to help and forgot to bring some of the stuff we requested, so service is very poor.

Overall a great family hotels with lots to do. However I do feel the need to improve their service in terms of information provided about the resort. I.e. Perhaps a hotel info booklet within the guest rooms showing a map, outlets timings, what is included in the all inclusive package and what is chargeable. Wifi info and info tabs on the phones.

The hotel and area itself is very nice but unless your Turkish it seems the hotel staff (excluding the bar staff) are frequently rude and really don't provide much of a service at all. Probably some of the worst service I've ever had at a hotel. Virtually had to do and find everything ourselves, really was very poor.

Overall, best holiday ever for me and my family. My spouse and two children age 17 and 15 booked the hotel in March and as i suppose like with every family, the booking of the hotel for holidays is rather stressful time as you want to make the best out of it. At the time when we booked, the hotel was rated at 3,5 by the reviews and therefore we had our doubts about the offer. However, from the entrance to the hotel when we were met by the PR manager Anne who made excellent introduction to all the offers and services to the hotel, we left the hotel very satisfied and happy. The room was great and cleaned daily, except one day which was quickly sorted out by Anne. The choice and quality of the food was excellent and more important It was always fresh. The people in the kitchen were working hard to make sure that everything is cleaned and prepared for the day. The service was great. The animation groups were ok although several group shows prepared were excellent. The disco was not at the level, this is something it could be invested in the future, starting from the quality of the sound to the interior look. The water in the sea was worm and clean, although was getting a bit dirty in the afternoon, it could be invested in the small boat to clean the dirt from the surface. Overall we are very happy with this holiday and the service we received and looking forward to comeback next year.

My experience was bad , a lot of things weren't comfortable 1- the room is totally different than the picture they have on the website and a lot of things as well 2- the mattress Was uncomfortable 3- the pillows are bad 4- There are no room facilities such as boiling machine, iron , tooth brush, tissue box , cups and glasses 5- the room is very small 6- the building is old 7- water sport activities are few , and the man there has a terrible attitude 8- the food wasn't delicious, not a five stars hotel food 9 - over rated 10- workers weren't friendly at all The best thing is the veiw

The only problem is devoid of free wi-fi in the rooms

We received a very warm welcome, from Anne, PR Manager on arrival. This set the tone for our holiday. Once our bags were taken to our rooms, Anne provided us with a tour of the Blue Dreams Club, and we were amazed at the beautiful grounds and the facilities available, including the numerous number of sun bathing decks close to the infinity pool / sea. The resort is as beautiful as the brochure pictures! The grounds are picturesque on every level and provide wonderful photo opportunities. Our rooms had sea views, were very comfortable and were cleaned twice each day. We experienced a very minor issue with the safe which was very quickly remedied, once reported. There is an on-site hair salon with talented & friendly stylists (Hassan and colleagues). We spent a few nights on site, using the hotel bar and open air tea rooms, meeting and talking to other guests. Most nights we caught the hotel shuttle or took a cab into Bodrum. We usually took a cab to take us back as the hotel shuttle back to the hotel is scheduled for 10.30pm. Bodrum is very lively and friendly, with lots of bars (we particularly liked the Yacht Club) restaurants and shops and has a very attractive lively marina.

We stayed in a family sea view suite for four days. Our stay was very enjoyable. All the facilities were clean and well kept. The buffet was very good and high quality. Would definitely recommend a stay at this resort.

Bar tender and the animation team were excellent in dealing with us. They were friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed their time and as well as, the bar tenders were well experienced and we recommend the hotel as well grated. We will choose the same hotel if we plan to visit next year.
