Blue Dreams Resort-Ultra All Inclusive

Great and highly affordable stay at Club Blue dreams. Anne went above and beyond whenever possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Ahmet at the beach bar was an incredible chap and knew my order within 24 hours of serving me my first drink. Great staff in the kids club and some nice little novel features (e.g. Turkish Tea area). Food was good as well, loved the snack bar and kebab restaurant in particular. We extended our trip twice while at the hotel, really a great overall value for the money.

Very good clean hotel with very friendly staff. Only issue was upon arrival and we were not given any information about the hotel or even were to eat. However bar staff were excellent as well as members from the spa!

sometimes the room did not get cleanned until 6pm the hotel is definitely not 5 star given that the deal was all inclusive for food, it was in fact terrible. (1) majority of the cases if there were hot meals they were most of the time cool to warm and never sufficiently hot (2) Everyday what ever was served for lunch was reheated and reserved for dinner! (3) it was like a works canteen (4) the choice gradually reduced as the week progressed(5) only 2 of the 4 a la carte restaurants were open and it was a case of fish on one day and Turkish on the next and then it had to be booked 48 hours ahead! the choice here was also limited and in majority of the cases there were items missing from the menu its was extremely disappointing , there are no near resaurants which one could got to to aviod the bad food

We have just returned from the Club Blue Dreams Hotel & can safely say we will never return to Turkey after this experience! My family arrived in the early hours of the morning & we were greeted by a receptionist speaking zero English informing us that that we did not have a booking. We had booked through Expedia & went on to show him our hotel voucher. We then asked to speak to a manager or someone that spoke English ... Eventually a couple of hours later the receptionist had the hotel manager on the phone & we hoped that given that we were in a supposed 5 star resort he would come to the lobby & sort the situation out but unfortunately this was not the case! My husband spent £85 on phone calls telephoning Expedia who asked for the hotel managers phone number (given there was no English speaking representative in the resort). unfortunately the hotel manager did not take the calls from Expedia or turn up to sort the situation. This resorted in us spending the first night sleeping in the lobby until the hotel manager turned up & we eventually got shown to our room at 11am the following morning. One would hope this was where the nightmare would end but not the case! Once in our 'family room' we discovered it is not fit for a family & our 15 year old daughters bed was a sofa ... We tried to use the safe & were informed that this was an extra daily charge! Never have I been in a hotel (let alone a 5 star hotel where they charge you for use of your safe!) Everything about this hotel is outstanding. But only it should have cleaner showers specially the ones by the beach and its frustrating that there is no English speaking TV channels. Overall really helpful staff, breathtaking views , great food, great service.

We stay at Club Blue Dreams every time we vacation in Bodrum. Everything has been just perfect. Great value for the money.

Since this was my first time to Bodrum, I wasn't sure on what to expect... I've read some articles and talked to some friends, but overall I like to leave new destinations as "surprises". Anyways, I booked the Club Blue Dreams based on its rate... It was a nice resort! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean (though a bit small), and the facilities are abundant. The pools are great! I would recommend renting a car though, as taxis to downtown Bodrum can cost $25 each way and the resort is sort of in the middle of nowhere (which is not bad).
