Majestic Mountain Inn

This was a wonderful place to stay- close enough to town, but not in the congested area. The room was large and opened up to a grassy area behind for sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather. It had a pool that looked nice, but we did not use it. A great place for a Payson getaway!

Nothing.

No hot water, no warning about no hot water. Bed was done, felt like a bowl. Staff very unprofessional. Night clerk dressed up like a pirate and had about 5 knives on him, and acted as if I was supposed to be intimidate others. Just a very unprofessional environment.

Room had issues. Water ran every 2 - 3 minutes through toilet. Turned the water off to it during night, to avoid hearing it. Cold water handle on sink would come off in your hand if not careful. Carpet near bed needed repair. Rooms are dark, bugs come in around door - needs some work there. We paid $441.00 for 2 nights - room definitely didn't meet up to that price. Nice location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was OK if you got there early- seemed to run out of items if you arrived later than 8a.m. I guess we won't stay there again. Could be a wonderful place with some simple repairs and updating.

Dirty - shower floor, grout, not enough hot water, couldn't use jacuzzi tub -- too cold. Pool floor was disgusting. A/C very loud.

Majestic mountain Inn is an aging property, but it is very close stores, gas stations, etc. but not so close for them to be noisy

As an aging property, the stairways outdoor is grimy, plumbing was dated parts missing, bathroom sink drain was open, allowing objects from previous tenants to clogged the sink to which we had to ask twice for it to be cleared. The maid finally took care of it for us.
