Always great staff. The fireplace was a little difficult to operate.

I wanted a unit loke last visit with a small patio. Breakfast was closed early for me to get to (9:30am). The steakhouse next door was temporarily closed (of course not your fault). I'll be back ✔️

I paid for breakfast, but did not eat there. The location was good.

Although it was supposed to be a non smoking room, the room reeked of smoke. We had to sleep with the windows wide open.

We really enjoyed this property. The property is very well maintained. It really feels like you are deep in the mountains with all of the Pine Trees. Our room had a jacuzzi and fireplace in the common area. This really created a great ambiance. We also had a backdoor to the courtyard which was really nice sitting on the patio drinking our coffee. I had to deal with several employees and they were all very pleasant. We did not use the pool but it also looked very clean. Breakfast is offered every day and it was decent. We really have no complaints. Our 4 days at Majestic Mountain was great. It is located right up from the main strip so shopping our going for restaurants is easy.

The bed was very comfortable and the property was convenient to the area. I liked the back door and rear outside sitting area.

There was no outside hot tub. The included breakfast had no hot potatoes or hash browns and could have had more options. Our room was not ready when arrived. They may need to hire more cleaning staff.

The outside was run down, dirty and allowed smoking right out side each room, bed old and worn out, holes in walls, black mold in shower handle that drips out when it got wet, very dated. Broken stair while walking up to room, check-in guy was rude, with no personality. Price for the place insanely too high.

For the price, the rooms are not very kept up and modernized. Paint chips all over, old carpets and TVs. Phone was broken. Very outdated
