Friendly Staff, good facilities, good breakfast, very nice room with a balcony and lake view from the 2nd floor. The room was newly furnished with comfy bed and new sanitary amenities. It was warm in the hotel wich is important in mid-season. No issues with parking.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Gluten-free breakfast options were very good, we had a basket of bread, croissants etc every morning. Free bike hire was really useful. Room was a bit dated but clean and tidy. Area around the hotel was nice and quiet, in walking distance from shops and restaurants. About a 30 minute walk to the beautiful old town.

Cannot fault the hotel . Comfortable room and bed, clean. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking We ate in a restaurant across the road which was great. We were only there for one night travelling through but not somewhere I would choose for a long stay as not keen on location- that is me and a lot of people would think location is fine
