Village Haven Inn & Extended Stay

Hotel is a throw back to the good old days and is super cute. Room was clean and comfortable, could have used a chair in the room, also didn’t have a blow dryer ( will remember for next time). They are in the middle of remodeling but didn’t bother us. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Buffalo.

Room was filthy,dead spiders in the shower,sinknwas grimey,towels werent clean. Room was not worth the 80 i paid honestly. We got locked out as well and there wasnt even anyone there to let us in. We had to go all the way home at 1 am and wait till morning to ask to be let in for our belongings

I booked a deluxe room with 2 beds but i got a room with single bed, and we're 3 people how would we adjust on single bed? asked hotel reception, they said they received 1 bedroom booking request from expedia and told me that they have same prices for single room and double room, and he said there is no other room available. We had no other choice rather to sleep on floor by one of us. worst experience ever, i need my money refund asap

Do not book here. Arrived and place in very poor condition. They said they did not have my reservation nor did they have the apartment room at this site. Left but they charged my visa.

** Stay Away from This Nightmare!** Village Heaven Inn in Buffalo is a complete and utter scam. This place is nothing short of a nightmare, and I’m shocked they’re still allowed to mislead people with the deceitful pictures they have on booking websites. Those images must be from a different dimension because what we experienced was the polar opposite. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids, expecting a cozy, clean space as advertised. What we got instead was a filthy, revolting dump that should be condemned. The room was a horror show—stinking of heavy smoke, with holes in the walls, and broken beds that looked like they’d collapse if you so much as breathed on them. The “kitchen” was a health hazard, caked in grime and absolutely nauseating. The real kicker? The staff. The man at reception and his so-called "boss" were not just rude—they were downright hostile. When we complained, they dismissed our concerns with a sneer, blaming our “luck” for the state of the room. They even had the audacity to suggest that I should thank them for refunding my money, as if they were doing me some great favor! What about proper customer service? What about finding us another room? Instead, I was left scrambling to find another place to stay at 10 PM, forced to pay double because of their incompetence. This place ruined what should have been a relaxing family trip. Do yourself a massive favor: avoid this disaster of a “hotel” at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far, far away. The only thing you’ll get from Village Heaven Inn is a ruined vacation and a story you wish you didn’t have to tell.

Do not book this hotel. Booked on Expedia. Arrived at hotel. They said they did not have reservation. They also said they did not have apartment style room that we booked. Gave us a key to look at another room that they said cost more but key didn’t work. Hotel in poor condition and dirty. Chose not to stay there but they still charged my credit card and are refusing to give refund. Total false advertising.

No breakfast unlike the website said. Toilet was broke, the mini fridge was disgusting, used bars of soap in the bathroom, dirty towels.

Nothing. It was terrible.

Does not look like the advertised photos at all. Exposed wires, doors kicked in, reeks of cigarettes, cardboard as a window, needle in the floor, blood on the curtains and the list goes on. I’ve stayed in some sketchy cheap places across Canada and the States and this takes the cake.

Room was advertised as king bed with jetted heart shaped tub…. For room I was given was a double queen went back up to desk and showed my reservation and stated jetted tub with king bed. The person checking me in said “ oh I don’t think we have those jetted tubs” I was like well it’s clearly advertised on the website so that’s false advertisement. The room was dirty, floors dirty, smelled gross, bathroom was disgusting I did not stay I left and was out $100+ for the one night stay that I didn’t even stay for was to disgusted
