I did not like anything at all, because everything in the room was dirty, and there was a strong odor in the room. After I checked in for two rooms I reserved, I entered the first room, it was in unacceptable condition: the tub, sink, and floors were dirty, the shower curtain had mold, the refrigerator was unclean, the bed and towels were not sanitary, the pillow was torn, and the entire room had a bad odor. This was unsafe and unsuitable, especially with two children recovering from illness. I went to the other one, there was not much difference. Although the person from the front desk offered to clean the room, it needed a full deep cleaning and replacement of items, which could not be done immediately. The person in El Frontal Desk is very disgusting, they should have better treatment, for the clients, I will not go to this place again.
