Everything was OK except for the floors if they’re not going to mount them with the floors, made the bottom of my feet black they should at least put rugs in

There were metal shavings on the bed, the tub was not clean.

I really loved the fact that they gave my ex a key to my room at 2 in the morning while me and my child was resting ( mind you I booked alone) and nobody gave me a courtesy of informing or asking me if I was ok with him getting a key because I wasn't. The point of me getting the room was to separate myself from him however he ended up rampaging in my room when I have to work 7:30 and instead of an explanation or apology for the breach of our safety they kicked me out at 3 with a 4 year old and kept all money including the deposit ( there was no damage done, we was arguing about him staying in my room). This place is highly unprofessional.

I didn't like the worker attitude, the room look like it was clean but an 7 year child who didn't want to clean in the first place, parking lot is covered in nails from them remodeling ( you'll never see the new room cause they are remodeling the long term stay guest rooms first. This place worst than motel 6! At least they have working television and wifi.
