The Library Bar at Cinnamon Lakeside,is an absolutely wonderful place. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Had an amazing stay at Cinnamon Lakeside. I really appreciate the room upgrade and the incredible staff who looked after me throughout my visit, especially the teams at the buffet, bar, and the doormen. A special thanks to the General Manager for personally checking in and ensuring my comfort. I can see a big improvement since my last stay and truly outstanding hospitality!

Excellent Customer Service @Colombar We’ve been regular customers since of a long time and if there was one compelling reason it’s the people at Lakeside who are responsible in making all the difference vs some of the other star class hotels in town who claim to be the best! Be it business or leisure, we’ve found this facility to be absolutely outstanding!

Dining at Library at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo was an absolute delight. From the elegant ambiance to the warm and attentive service, every detail was perfectly executed. The menu offered an impressive variety of dishes, each beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Thank you Ananda, Thusitha,Malinda and Apara .

From the time of check in to departure it was a lovely stay. At reception Asmitha was very professional and check in was handled fast. The senior guy Gium was around check how we are and very hospitable. Room service to breakfast service and food was amazing as usual. Service and food at long Feng was the best. Thanks once again for the lovely stay CL hotel.

Stayed for a few nights as a couple. Great location and buffet breakfast. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Down side is the functions held at the hotel and loud music that we found hard to escape. Other disappointing thing was the executive lounge. So underwhelming in size and atmosphere for the size of the hotel. Tucked away in a corner. Really let the stay down. Shout out to my man Anthony ( Antonio ) from the lounge as he was super friendly and tried his best.
