Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo

I ordered a birthday cake from Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo through Kapruka and was horrified to find a dead gecko stuck on the side of the cake. This completely ruined my celebration and is a serious hygiene violation. I contacted the hotel but received no proper response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability from a 5-star property.

The house keeping staff was very non cooperative, even bad mannered. Toiletries were absent, bath tub tap was leaking. There was no tissue box in the bedroom & when I asked the housekeeper person said that you should take it from the toilet, however that box was fixed in the wall. Which means if I need a tissue paper I should go to toilet for that from my bed.

As a member , I’m excited to share my experience at this fantastic bar. From the moment I walked in, by the Hostess genuinely welcomed us. They were quick with recommendations and always checked in without being intrusive. The craft cocktails made by Thusitha also a highlight . Overall, a great spot with excellent service, tasty food, and a warm atmosphere. Thank you Ananda,Thusitha and the team

I was at an event in cinnamon lakeside and I was craving to have a bento box. I headed to the main restaurant and I was warmly greeted by Ilangakoon. The way he approaches to a customer is quite welcoming and pleasing serving a world class standard of renowned hospitality. I highly recommend anyone visiting lakeside to meet Ilangakoon the supervisor

Good place to takeaway food , we tried some chicken biriyani sawan - food was tasty and service on time-Really worth to compare the prices with other hotels . Dessert watalappan is very delicious- everyone enjoyed it . Staff is polite and attentive- my special thanks goes to Nethma Perera -highly recommended her service

Room is spacious with a balcony. Bed & pillows were comfortable & clean. Provided water, coffee, tea, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. Nice property. Check in & check out was not efficient. Service is ok.

Flavours takeaway at its best Me and my son ordered fried rice for dinner. It was super tasty and fresh . Thanks to my order taker Nethma Perera , Arfin Chaminda

Very good experience at Cinnamon Lakeside where I stayed for 3 nights to attend a conference. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was great, the room was of a nice size and comfortable. Excellent central location next to a beautiful lake
