The staff behaviour is the most I liked that worth mentioning. The location of the hotel was okay okay, not that great, as you don't get real good lake view from your rooms. I liked their terrace and the open air seating place. Their restaurant location is great, lovely ambience.

The rooms were cramped and with no views, the bathroom was not very clean. The food quality was average, we had one dinner and 4 breakfast, the breakfast has room for improvement. The rooms were noisy, as it was next to the road and the traffic noise was disturbing.

Loved the place, central location, good view from the room , I had asked for top floor room but it was not available so got 1st floor which was also nice. Excellent staff very polite, good tasty food , polite waiters , over all excellent experience.

Indian style buffet Breakfast was great and changed daily. Eggs cooked to your liking. Beautiful patio dining on Lake Fateh Sagar.

No instructions for the operating TV - which was eventually demonstrated.

Location, decoration, garden by the lake.
