Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection

Breakfast had a ton of options for everyone. We found our favorites from pancakes, toast, fruits, and indian breakfast options. Staff was very attentive to all our needs and served us promptly.

Location was amazing and the restaurant opposite had scenic view.

The room had basic facilities. In the bathroom more toiletries should be kept. If you get the top floor you have a good view otherwise u other rooms. Restaurant floors were not clean. They were just cleaning the tables and at times they won't even clean the table unless asked for. This is a big area of improvement.

We visited on 19 Dec to 22 December.Staff member Priyanka at Reception, guide us for places & restaurants to visit, booking etc. Very much Appreciated her Courtecy & helpful nature. All other staff Dashrathsingh,Shankarsingh & Himantsingh are also prompt & good. Location of Property, particularly Restaurant is excellent. Rooms are spacious & clean. Enjoyed our family vacation to the fullest.

Breakfast spread seems limited, secondly in our stay of 3 days, same breakfast menu repeated twice. Otherwise Dinner was Excellent.

Everything was useless, staff, food, cleanliness, facilities. Only 2 iron and boards in the entire hotel, 2 hair dryers. We were told that guests bring their own iron and hair dryer, food was pathetic. 11.30 pm at night the staff called us to pick up iron because another guest needs it!!!!. It was raining and the staff was bringing food in the open without any cover 😡

Facilities not upto the mark. Room shared by 3 people but towels, glass and cups only for two. Had to ask for extra repeatedly. Lukewarm water in washroom. Restaurant service for dinner on 17/11/23 was very poor.

Location is good but poor facilities and bad food. Although the washroom had no water… front desk staff kept on asking early check out and don’t accommodate.

The facility is spacious , well maintained and has a really good lake facing restaurant

The basic facilities what a guest might expect are drinking water, bath room slippers, dental kit, iron..that weren't there upon entering, .I had to constantly call at reception to get these basic things to which I felt agitated and inconvenienced for the huge money paid, the kettle cover was broken, the iron did not plug into the socket and so many little dozen things which is totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, I think I have better stay experience at other hotels in udaipur with half the price...
