Breakfast was good but dining experience was very poor. Location is very good, but facilities are not adequate.

Wifi was very slow, showers water temperature was hard to regulate and had to take bucket baths. One of our rooms was not clean and their dog was tied nearby that barked all night, so could not sleep.

Located on Fatehsagar lake it has lovely view from the room and very convenient to travel anywhere in the city as it is in the centre. Their Rajbaugh restaurant is a very realxing place.

Lovely cozy structure over looking the lake. (Higher level) Staff is warm and supportive. Room service is quick. Decent breakfast, limited spread Nice lakeside restaurant

Beddings were clean but a little rundown. Parking is not enclosed in the premises. Food prices for restaurant and room service are pretty steep, especially for a 3* property. A bottle of Bisleri with MRP of 20 being sold at 75 +
