We loved everything about the hotel especially the staff, they were very welcoming and friendly. Very good breakfast. Lovely big rooms and very comfortable beds. A great place to stay in Hoi An very close to the beach

Having to always go to reception to pay for everything, even drink from the bar. Also they could make better cocktails, not much choice.

It's very, very clean. The staff, particularly Anna and Lily, are such wonderful, big hearted people. Anything we asked was done with such warmth. Fantastic. In just those few days, they were more than just front office staff. They became friends.

Frankly, there was NOTHING to complain about.

The staff was very friendly and so helpful even before our arrival with some of our requests. The rooms were spacious clean and beautifully decorated, we got also upgraded to a better room with river view that made our stay even better. The breakfast was very good with variety of fruit and pastries. If we come back to Hoi An, we will definitely stay here.

We would recommend to improve some facilities like the keys for the rooms, will be better to have key readers and at least 2 for two guests staying in the same room to not depend on one and other in case other activities are done separately.

Employees are very nice and helpful. They are trying their best to make customers happy. Walking distance to the beach. Nice view to the river.

They are renovating the hotel. Construction noice is from 8am-4h30pm. The room is very modest, looks like 2-3 stars hotel, no bathtub, old and dirty furniture. Shuttle from the Resort to Hoi An closes at 4pm and from Hoi An to the Resort closes at 4:30pm. If you want to go Hoi An in the evening, book a taxi or grab, about VND100,000/one way.

We absolutely adored our time at River Beach Resort! We spent just over a month: from the middle of July to the end of August. Every thing was fantastic and we wished we could have stayed longer! The resort has a beautiful view of the river and the landscaping & koi pond are gorgeous! Cua Dai Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and is spectacular 🏝️😎 There is also a free shuttle to and from ancient town Hoi An, where there are many fantastic places to visit. The staff at River Beach Resort are amazing! The hotel manager Anna took time to speak with us every day and is so incredibly kind, caring and helpful. The receptionists Lily and Jeremy were also very friendly and eager to help when we needed anything. Every staff member who worked at the resort was cheerful and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. Anytime we had questions or needed help we were assisted right away. The pool was lovely and our daughter swam nearly every day! In the resort there was also a spa, workout room, restaurant and poolside bar. You could also book day trips to Cham Island, Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountain, Da Nang, My Son Sanctuary and other nearby destinations with the front desk staff which was great! We took all of these tours and loved them. The breakfast buffet was included and a great way to start the day! There were many Vietnamese and Western food options. The omelette station was my husband’s favorite, the pastry area was my child’s favorite and the fresh local fruit was my favorite. The coffee was also amazing! The restaurant manager said good morning to us every day and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath hotel room with a dividing door to give our child her own area as well as an area for my husband & I (which was great when we wanted quite time at night). Both rooms had doors to a lovely patio area outside with chairs & tables to enjoy the river view. There was also a T.V.

I wish drinks at the bar could be charged to the room, that is the only thing I think could be improved. Everything else was great! 😀

Very close to the beach and they worked in with a bar/restaurant at the beach for use of sun beds. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs done your way and a good selection of other foods, fruits coffee etc. They also had a very good shuttle servce van in and out of the old village which was

Nothing really... the staff were very friendly with a great sense of humor and always on hand to help. The guy on the bar could have got a lot more business if he bothered to get off his arse to serve but this is run as an independent from the resort. His loss... Fridge in room struggled a bit but to be fair it was bloody hot each day. Rooms had good air conditioning which was a blessing on a 38 degree day.

Staff were lovely and the room was nice and in a lovely area right by the beach. Breakfast was also good compared to a lot of other places we have stayed in Vietnam. The fitness centre needs to be updated a little 🩷

Super friendly staff. Rooms with view over the river are very nice. You feel very welcome here, I can really recommend it. First time I got a hug from the hotel manager when leaving. Fantastic place.
