River Beach Resort & Residences

The staff at the property are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them to assist. English translation at front reception is excellent. They assisted us to confirm and book restaurants and grab vehicles. They have bicycles you can use for free. A free shuttle bus into old town for convenience. Breakfasts are well catered for. Property in good location. Have stayed there on two occasions, very good prices, highly recommend it.

Delightful staff who did everything possible to make our stay special. Breakfast with egg station was excellent. Room location on ground floor alongside river gave great views with fishing boats returning from ocean.

The free shuttle to Hoi An was perfect but a later evening return would make it more convenient.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are excellent, Asian and continental. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Free shuttle bus into town, and bike hire. Easy walk to beach.

Lovely large room, comfortable beds, staff very helpful

The pool area was lovely, but not enough sunbeds , they have some unusable ones, this need reviewing There are only 5 usable ones, abs considering the size if the property, this ro me is woefully inadequate.

Amazing property and location right at the beach ! Close to old town with free shuttle in to town , you are crazy if you don’t book this hotel! Best one hands down ! The staff is absolutely adorable & helpful in every way as they are trying to Ensure you have a fantastic stay & vacation. I can’t say enough good about this place :)

Lovely river view with lots of grass area for kids to play.

Hotel hosted a kindergarted school day trip the one day with megaphone and speakers. The kids and event seemed lovely, but the lack of advance notice and the extreme noise from the loudspeakers could be heard loudly from within the room. The hotel was not properly usable by guests during that time.

Gym equipment and facilities should be uprgated
