Location, clean and friendly staff

The room was great. I liked the location.

It was so incredibly noisy! People were partying on their balcony until late at night. Children kept ringing my doorbell at all hours. The housekeeping came around at 7 am! I thought that was ridiculously early!

Very nice rooms. Best breakfast of all the places we stayed at in the last year. Had a problem with the shower head falling off was replaced in less than 10 minutes.

Swimming pool should be cleaner

Rooms all bit shabby and dated. The Cyclo resteraunt menu is weak,quality of food poor. Had evening meal one night and probably the worst meal in my whole time in Vietnam. Staffing a little hit and miss. Overall experience lacking something.

The staff at this property were exceptional. Very friendly and always willing to help. We only stayed for 4 nights but we were treated as though we were regular guests. Anna and 'Superman' on the front desk couldn't do more for us and Charlie the bar manager was exceptional giving us advice on where to visit.

The property is a little dated and could do with a bit of a re-vamp in the public areas and especially around the pool area. There needs to be more sun loungers around the pool area for the size of the property too and perhaps some umbrellas.

Property location is amazing- 2 min to seaside. Clean and nice. Breakfast was good- but nothing special.

Hotel is pretty old. A little overpriced for Hoi An . Bit in general very nice place

Amazing room with a view to the river. Lovely garden and Staff. We got breakfast when we where late in the morning. So helpful and so Kind to us. The man working nightshift was also very helpful when I needed help in the middle of the night. The man we checked in with also helped a lot when my passport was at a other hotel I lived in. Just for one night. But changed for two. Nice pool,and Beach to. Everything was Just Lovely

I can not figure out something to not like there. Amazing stay
