River Beach Resort & Residences

Lovely pool area and friendly staff Good sized room and location was g8

Abit run down and renovation going on in upstairs room. We were offered another room but was still quite noisy Kitchen area looked abit ordinary

The resort is in a lovely location. We enjoyed our afternoon beers sat on the terrace overlooking the river. About 100mtrs up the road is a very nice beach, white sand, lovely clear water. Our room was very spacious with peaceful views of the garden and river. There is definitely a very family atmosphere. Anna, the service manager has a lovely warm personality making everyone feel special. This has carried through to her front of house staff, Superman, Lilly & Tien who all do their very best to make everyone feel welcome. Breakfast is more than adequate, plenty of fresh fruit, traditional Asian dishes alongside of bacon and eggs or eggs cooked whichever way you want, cold meats croissants etc. The dinning room staff led by Tony & Vam Ella were always cheerful and very efficient making sure we were very well fed.

I have nothing negative to say. The River Beach like most hotels in Hoi An have been set back because of the Covid years. They are only just now getting back on their feet they need tourists to enable them to re-invest in their properties bringing them back to where they were pre covid.

Beautiful location. Staff were excellent, extremely helpful.

Need air conditioning in gym.

Older hotel for sure. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had issues with our bathroom and safe but that was easily and quickly fixed. Staff checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything and provided us with suggestions for our vacations.

Good value resort

Ageing facilities, very noisy air conditioner , basic breakfast, Cui Dai beach average,no shower screen only a curtain & shower over bath, so water over bathroom floor.

We enjoyed our stay as we like the location of the hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast had a great choice. Our room was spacious, however it looked as though they had been doing renovations in it which were not finished. There were wires hanging from the walls, were the wardrobe was it had a gap with a hole in the wall and we could hear the family with children quite loudly next door. I’d stay again but ask for a different room.

We liked everything about it! The facilities, the room, the location.. but there is a special mention for their employes. Ann, the reception manager, she was a head of anything we could need. She knew eventually before I knew. It was incredible her professionalism and, of course, kindness. The receptionist during the night. I am not sure if I would write his name well made and also our stay very special there. So I big thank you to the staff for making it so special!

It is a beautifully laid-out property with a small pool in the middle. The beach is a two-minute walk from the hotel. Our room overlooked the gently flowing river, the best way to spend hours enjoying life moving on the slow lane. The staff was friendly and accommodating, led by the exceptional and smiling front office manager, Huyne (Anna). Anna was always there to assist and guide us. We booked a taxi through the hotel for airport pick-up and drop-off and our day trip to My Son and found the fares quite competitive in comparison to Grab, the Uber equivalent in Viet Nam. Good value for money, and thank you for making our stay memorable.
