The young waiter & waitress in the bar were so lovely & extremely appologetic for the delays. And short comings in the kitchen. All staff were very friendly . The facilities in swimming area were v good. The option of soft play was nice but pity it didnt open until 2.30pm.

Sadly the chefs could not accomodate putting on a sausage for a child who is a very fussy eater. Or they couldnt put on a little bit of pasta. Very rigid in only allowed get exactly what the menu says. Which was a bit strange. And there were long delays in restaurant. The only other thing was the beds were very uncomfortable and need uodating badly.

Staff was very nice especially in the restaurant and in the morning st the break bar. The hotel was close to airport and that was the main thing for us

In few places in the hotel you could smell mould or something like mould was there before. At parts it seemed like the place was refreshed but also not. Lack of mini fridge in the room- had baby food with me and there was nowhere to store it

Nice stay in interconnecting rooms for 5 of us. Bathrooms nicely done up, room colour scheme won't be to everyone's taste! No fridge in rooms, would have appreciated some complimentary water in the rooms. Great nights sleep, good evening meal in the bar. Breakfast fairly average affair, no extras available to order from menu so its just hot and cold buffet. Activities best suited for toddlers to 8 year old, play zone & playground geared for younger kids. €3.70 for cup of tea in place zone is ridiculous. Leisure Centre is good, just be aware of kids times.

Great for kids. They have a lovely soft play area for kids of all ages. The pool is good too.

The rooms are a bit dated but they were perfect with kids.

The restaurant staff were lovely and the food was very nice. The room was nice. Only thing was when we were getting ready the next morning we seen a mouse was in the room. Contacted reception to inform them who said they would send someone to sort it which no one ended up coming so I had to chase the mouse out of the room into the hall. We said to the receptionist who basically ignored it. I emailed the hotel about it who ignored the email.

It was a nice homely hotel very clean

I didn’t like the staff I found them very rude at our stay and the hotel was very noisy at night time with people shouting or talking very loudly
